Insomnia sleep disorders, can be classified into three particular areas:

Psychophysiological insomnia sleep disorders

This insomnia sleep disorders also known as conditioned insomnia or learned insomnia. It usually occurs after a specific event in your life. At times it may be a minor event such as jet lag or due to a major event such as loss or bereavement. Conditioned insomniacs may experience a continuous cycle of trying to get to sleep, when they fail, it agitates and makes them tense, making it even more difficult for them to get to sleep.

This type of  disorder is also known as childhood or onset insomnia. It usually occurs due to an undeveloped sleep/awake cycle. Here treatment is required if after trying all the sleep aids, guides etc , the problem persists. You may be prescribed anti – depressants.
